By having active security and not being afraid to tell the truth. If that doesn't work maybe set up active police offices around each neighborhood and give everybody cameras. It should also be necessary to to a weapon of protection.

I would make a virtual reality game that puts people in a real life situation so they could know about or learn about the situation. So if they get into that situation in real life they would know what to do. It will also help people survive and it will help them get over their fears. It will make people more brave and confident.

Virtual reality can be used for doing work and practicing different things like if you're becoming a surgeon there could be a game that's for those type of things. It could be a simulator for doing surgeries on people and you could see how good you did at the end. It could be different games for different jobs. So, when you get to your job you could already know what to do and/or be better at what you're doing.
